mv Samira discharged her cargo of Fert’s, Imo 5.1 in Dundee, part of this cargo was bagged in the warehouse in Dundee. After discharging she loaded bag’s of 50 kg fert’s for different ports at the Orkney & Shetlands. First discharging port was Scalloway on the Shetland Island, Next port was Westray en the last port was Stronsoy.
Due to some windy weather it was not possible to leave the berth after discharging in Stronsoy.
The approach channel is very narrow and shallow.
